- BAC of .08 to .099 = fine up to $5000, up to 2 years in jail, license suspensions up to 12 months
- BAC of .10 to .159 = fine up to $10,000, up to 5 years in jail, license suspension up to 18 months
- BAC of .16 = fine $2500 minimum, up to 5 years in jail, license suspension up to 18 months, ignition interlock device required prior to license reinstatement
